Only email people who opted in to hear from you, or existing customers where the law allows it, with a clear way to refuse. Purchased, rented, scraped or shared lists are not allowed.
Content
Do not send illegal content, malware, phishing, misleading subject lines or sender names, or content promoting illegal goods or services, adult content, gambling without the required licence, or get-rich-quick schemes.
Every marketing email must
Identify your business, include your postal address and a working one-click unsubscribe link. We add the unsubscribe link and headers automatically; don't remove or hide them.
Limits we enforce
Accounts with a spam complaint rate above 0.3% or a hard bounce rate above 5% over 30 days are paused automatically. We may suspend accounts that put other customers' deliverability at risk.
Reporting abuse
Report abuse to the support address published on our website.
